At The Char Spa, we want your order experience to feel clear, reliable, and easy from checkout to delivery. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
Transit time is between 4-7 business days.
You should receive your order within 10 business days.
Orders are processed during normal business days only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.95 per package.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order.
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to control carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other transit issues.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@thecharpalmbeach.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery and handling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
The Char Spa is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen in transit or after marked delivery.
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us at info@thecharpalmbeach.com, and we will do our best to assist with any available shipment details.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thecharpalmbeach.com.
Please include:
- your full name
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and shipping packaging
We review shipping damage claims on a case by case basis and will work with you to resolve confirmed issues appropriately.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
