Returns
Once products leave The Char Spa’s door, all sales become final. Many products do not come with sanitary seals making it unsafe to put them back on the shelves. Because skin can take some time to adjust to new products as well as to detox from any changes, it is best to allow 2-3 weeks of use to see how your skin truly takes on new items. Sometimes a few uses alone are simply not enough time to let the new products get to work. We are a small business. We do not keep lots of backstock to ensure everything is fresh. Unlike larger stores, when an item is returned, we are greatly affected, and we would have to throw away the products (we are also a clean beauty shop that tries its hardest to be environmentally conscious). Please consider this with each purchase.
Reschedule, Cancellation, No Show, & Late Policy
At The Char Spa, we are dedicated to providing each guest with a truly exceptional and personalized spa experience. To honor the time, energy, and resources we devote to every service, we have set forth policies that enable us to best serve you while maintaining a peaceful, refined environment.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled outside of the 48-hour window through Boulevard or by emailing us at info@thecharpalmbeach.com with the subject line “Reschedule” or “Cancel My Appointment.” Appointments canceled or rescheduled for any reason within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total. Reschedules, cancellations, or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service total.
By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize us to apply any relevant charges to your card on file. These guidelines help us fully dedicate our time to clients who respect and value our commitment to quality and care.
If you’re running late, please know we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to respect other clients’ schedules, though the full price of the service will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time will be considered a cancellation, with the full service fee charged.
To preserve the integrity of our offerings, all sales of services, products, and gift cards are final.
We understand that emergencies arise and that last-minute changes may be unavoidable. However, due to the nature of our small business, the investment of resources in preparing for your visit, and the challenge of filling appointments on short notice, we must enforce this policy. This approach allows us to ensure our time and energy are dedicated to those who truly value and respect our commitment to serving and healing others.
