The ‘why’ behind The Charlotte Skin Studio & an introduction to our team.
Nearly two decades ago, our founder Rose Regan began redefining the way she connected with her clients as an aesthetician. Rose trained under, a former dancer and founder of the famous Cornelia Spa at the Surrey Hotel in New York City. She was taught that the best skin and body treatments went beyond technical skill. “It's like performing a dance.”
The seeds of The Charlotte Skin Studio were planted during a pivotal moment in Rose’s life. While staying with her niece during the summer of 2023, she found inspiration in an unlikely source: her niece's newborn daughter, Charlotte. "She inspired me to create something special."
Rose had just purchased a home in Tequesta. One night, she was driving down the Cypress Drive strip and saw a dim light on in one of the units. To her surprise, she saw that the unit was for rent, and she knew this would be the start of her new path.
We care for each client as a whole. No two treatments are ever the same. Our treatments are completely customized to support each of our clients wellness goals. Being able to care for our clients, is our greatest privilege.

For over two decades, Rose Regan has dedicated her career to the art of the facial. She refined her craft in some of the most sought after spas on the east coast. Always pursuing advanced education to cultivate the best possible experience and results for her guests. Each chapter gave her new techniques and inspirations, shaping her belief that facials are more than treatments. They are truly an art form. The skin is the body’s largest organ - our shield, our storyteller, our bridge between the inner and outer world. To treat it is to touch more than surface. In Rose’s facials, science forms the structure but it is the deep state of rest that opens the body to true repair. When the nervous system softens, the skin listens differently. Results move beyond appearance, settling into something felt, something lasting. At The Charlotte, Rose brings this philosophy to life not only through her hands but also through her curation. She selects only the products she truly loves and trusts, ensuring that every item in the studio reflects her standard of bespoke beauty, and intention.

With over 15 years in luxury spas and collaborations with leading cosmetic surgeons in South Florida, Sharon blends clinical expertise with a profound dedication to holistic care. Trained in Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage, she specializes in detox therapy and post-cosmetic surgery aftercare, supporting the body’s natural rhythm of healing. Sharon’s intuitive presence and grounded meditation practice create an experience that is both restorative and transformative, inviting balance and deep calm into the body.
BIANCA BOUTSIKAKIS

Bianca approaches skincare as an art of touch. She believes massage is a powerful gateway to both skin health and overall well-being. Her work is rooted in the understanding that when the body enters deep relaxation, the skin responds more intelligently, receptively, and more holistically.
With a focus on facial massage, Bianca creates treatments that support circulation, lymphatic flow, muscle release, and nervous system regulation. Each session is thoughtfully customized. Refined technique is blended with intuitive presence to encourage restoration from the inside out.

Alex brings over a decade of experience in luxury wellness, shaped by time in some of Palm Beach County’s most celebrated spas before finding her home at The Charlotte. Having worked alongside the exceptionally talented Rose Regan for many years, she knew The Charlotte would be something magical. She balances creativity and operations, weaving together brand storytelling, client care, and the quiet details behind the scenes. The Charlotte offers her the freedom to create without limits and the chance to help grow something beautiful for the community.
